StockMarketWire.com - Imtech is increasing full control of its ICT subsidiary F&M Asia by taking the 50% held by its partner, ALK Holdings & Management.
The acquisition will be paid for in cash and will contribute directly to the earnings per share.
Following the acquisition, Imtech will achieve revenue of around €20m per year in the south-east Asian ICT market, where it employs more than 70 employees.
