StockMarketWire.com - Nicholas Brookes will retire as Chairman and as a non-executive director of De La Rue following its Annual General Meeting in July.
He will be succeeded by Philip Rogerson, who is currently Chairman of Bunzl, Carillion and Aggreko. He will be stepping down from his present position at Aggreko in April.
Mr Rogerson will join the De La Rue Board as a non-executive director next month.
Mr Brookes has served on the Board of De La Rue since March 1997, including as senior non-executive director for four years before he became Chairman in July 2004.
