StockMarketWire.com - Ericsson has agreed to acquire privately-held Canadian Wi-Fi company BelAir Networks.
The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Ericsson said the acquisition would enable it to complement its heterogeneous network (hetnet) offering with carrier grade Wi-Fi.
