StockMarketWire.com - Treatt managing director Hugo Bovill is stepping down from the baord and leaving the business.
Treatt plc executive director and Treatt USA chief executive Daemmon Reeve will assume the responsibilities of MD under an interim structure which has been put in place.
The board confirmed that trading for the year to the end of September remains in line with expectations but this does not take into account any compensation that may fall to be paid to Bovill for loss of office.
