StockMarketWire.com - SpaceandPeople said it expects its full-year results for 2012 will be in line with expectations, on the back of strong trading throughout its second half.

During the second leg of its financial year it saw revenue increasing from existing clients, and significant new client gains, such as Land Securities and Capital Shopping Centres in the UK and MEC in Germany.

For the full year, UK client venue sales rose 16% to £21.4 million, and net income gained 5% to £8.4 million.

German client venue sales rose 52% to 10.1 million euros and net income grew 70% to 3.7million euros.

"Cash flow was positive during 2012 with cash less borrowings being £391k at the end of the year compared with £2k at the end of 2011," the company said.

"This was achieved on top of investing in the future growth of the Company by expanding and developing the mobile kiosk business in Germany and the UK and investing significantly in IT."
