Swiss employment levels up for the fifth consecutive quarter
Employment levels in Switzerland increased to 4.12m for the fourth quarter, unchanged quarter-on-quarter, despite expectations of a fall to 4.11m. The latest better-than-expected level illustrates the fifth quarter of employment growth.
Barring the USD/CHF, which is trading at -0.18% at 0.9303, the Swiss franc is trading higher against the rest of its major counterparts in the morning European session.
