StockMarketWire.com - NCI Vehicle Rescue said full-year sales totalled more than £17.0 million, up 63.9% on the prior year, and that its pretax profit is expected to have grown in line with the nine-month result.

"The Directors of NCI anticipate that full year profit before tax will be in the region of £1,000,000," the company said.

Commission & fee income was £6.7 million, from £4.4 million.

"Early indications are that breakdown claims losses in the final quarter are in line with Company expectations," the company said.

"Although there have been significant late snowfalls in March, the extreme weather experienced in recent years did not occur in January and February 2013 resulting in margins not being adversely affected," it said in a trading update.

"Sales in breakdown, pet and motor remain significantly ahead of the same period last year and in line with the pattern witnessed over the previous nine months."
