- Everyman Media's revenues rose by 22% to £14,096,000 in the year to the end of December.

Admissions were up 5% on last year to 808,316 (2013: 771,323) and the spend per head was up 19% on last year at £15.54 (2013: £13.07).

Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation rose to £1,370,000 (2013: £1,036,000).

The group says it has exchanged contracts on three further sites at Bristol, Harrogate and Cirencester and is in various stages of negotiation on a number of other new opportunities.

Everyman also announced the appointment of Jonathan Peters as the company's finance director with immediate effect. Peters qualified as a Chartered Accountant with BDO Stoy Hayward in 1995 and has since held a number of finance positions at companies including Belron, Whirlpool Corporation, Equifax and Marks & Spencer.
