StockMarketWire.com - Daily Mail and General Trust chief executive Martin Morgan will retire fro the post and from the DMGT and Euromoney Institutional Investor boards with effect from 31 May.

He will leave DMGT with effect from 30 June but will undertake an advisory role for a 12 month period from January 2017.

DMGT has appointed Paul Zwillenberg as CEO with effect from 1 June. Zwillenberg is currently Global Leader Media Sector for The Boston Consulting Group, based in London, and has worked closely with DMGT for 20 years.

He brings to the role a breadth of experience across the B2B and media sectors of DMGTs portfolio and a broad knowledge of the Group. Earlier in his career Paul Zwillenberg was Managing Director, dmg media Digital (formerly Associated Newspapers digital).
