StockMarketWire.com - NextEnergy Solar Fund said its net asset value rose slightly in the year through March, as it boosted the number of solar farms in its portfolio to 63, up from 41.

The company's net asset value per share rose to 105.1p, up from 104.9p a year earlier.

It declared dividends 6.42p per share, while targeting dividends of 6.65p per share for the 2018/19 financial year.

'Looking forward, the outlook for the company remains strong,' chairman Kevin Lyon said.
