StockMarketWire.com - McKay Securities said it had achieved practical completion of an office asset in London and would consequently lease it to wealth manager St James's Place.

The tenant at the 30 Lombard Street building would commence the lease on 24 January, as agreed last year.

St James's Place had committed to a 15 year lease of the whole of the 58,000 square foot office scheme.

A contracted net rental income of £3.40m per annum, equivalent to £65.00 per square foot, included five-yearly upward only rent reviews.
