- Rambler Metals and Mining said chief financial officer Tim Slater had stood down to pursue other interests.

He had been replaced by Sanjay Swarup, who had worked at companies including BP, Mandalay Resources and Lonmin.

Slater would assist with the transition of responsibilities to Swarup before moving on, the company said.

The change came as the company now focused on optimizing the performance of the Ming mine, it added.
