StockMarketWire.com - Primary Health Properties said it had acquired Meath Primary Healthcare Centre in Dublin for €10.9m.

The 2,770 square metre centre provided a range of local integrated care services including; three GP practices, diagnostic services, dentistry, a specialist health clinic, physiotherapy services and a pharmacy.

Primary Health Properties said the centre was fully let, with the Health Service Executive and GP practices account for 64% of the total rent roll.

The combined unexpired lease term was around 16 years, but around 20 years for the leases to the HSE and the GP practices.
