StockMarketWire.com - Global Petroleum said it had won further legal cases regarding its activities in Italy.

The company said the Administrative Tribunal in Rome had recently rejected appeals made by a further four parties against environmental decrees for its applications in the Southern Adriatic.

'In the wider context, we observe with interest the developing opposition to the moratorium on exploration activity in Italy.'
