StockMarketWire.com - Gamma Communications said full-year earnings were expected to be 'slightly above' the range of market expectations as the group had continued to perform well through the first six months of the year.

The positive update comes as the group reported that its cloud PBX sales had performed well in half, with good sales momentum going into the second half of the year.

Its indirect channel business had signed commitment deals with several channel partners in the half, while the direct business had been awarded numerous new multi-year contracts across enterprise including Hidden Hearing (WAN), Hogg Robinson Group (SIP) and Bourne Leisure (Mobile).

'Based on the first half performance, management expects revenue to be within the range of market expectation and the EBITDA and EPS for the full year are expected to be slightly above the range of market expectations,' the company said.

The company said it expected to announce results for the half year ended 30 June 2019 on Tuesday 3 September 2019.
