- BVI-based Top Level Domain Holdings has appointed Antony Van Couvering, formerly its chief operating officer, as chief executive.

Van Couvering is also chief executive of TLDH's wholly-owned subsidiary, Minds + Machines, Inc.

Fred Krueger will continue as chairman of TLDH.

The group has also appointed Caspar von Veltheim, currently CEO of Minds + Machines Germany, as director of European Operations.

Krueger said, 'With the news that ICANN has established a timeline for the introduction of new generic top-level domains, TLDH is now increasing its operational focus.

'Antony's deep experience in the domain field and proven success as an entrepreneur and manager make this move a natural evolution in our company.'
