StockMarketWire.com - Home entertainment products group MBL has acquired the assets of DVD rental firm OutNow Entertainment, which was placed in administration on Monday.
OutNow currently has more than 8,000 direct customers and also provides white-label DVD rental services to third parties.
MBL's board believes the OutNow proposition, for which the Group currently carries out fulfilment, will complement MBL's other business units.
