- Highams Systems Services expects its full-year results to be in line with market expectations with improved earnings for the third year in a row.

The recruitment consultancy and niche provider of technology, business and professional services to the insurance and financial services sectors anticipates an encouraging increase in revenues for the year to the end of March.

And it says the results will show an improvement in earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation for the third successive reporting year.

Highams said it had grown its head count to cover the increased demand in IT and professional staff and it expects the benefit of this to show in improved revenues in the forthcoming financial year.
