StockMarketWire.com - TMT Investments has raised $6.5m through the issue of 4,642,858 new ordinary shares at $1.4 apiece - a premium of 12% on the clsoing price on 3 February.
The shares have been issued to existing shareholders Wissey Trade & Invest and Menostar Holdings, which now own 34.78% and 16.93% respectively.
