- Symphony International has revealed details of the rump placing under its rights issue.

Symphony says it has been informed that its adviser Panmure Gordon has not been possible to procure subscribers in accordance with the underwriting agreement for the 66,747,198 new ordinary shares for which valid acceptances were not received. Sub-underwriters will accordingly be subscribing for these remaining shares, representing approximately 40.0% of the total number of new ordinary shares offered to qualifying shareholders, at the issue price of $0.60 per share.
