StockMarketWire.com - Betfair Group has appointed Zillah Byng-Maddick as a non-executive director.
She will join the company with effect from close of business at the company's annual general meeting to be held on the 5 September and will be a member of the audit committee.
She was chief financial officer of Trader Media Group, one of Europe's largest multimedia publishers, from 2009, serving latterly as interim chief executive until July 2013. She is currently a non-executive director of Mecom Group.
