- LED technology specialist Dialight said revenue rose to £131.2m from £115.1m in the year to end-December, with underlying profit £14.5m, down from £19.6m.

· Lighting revenues increased by 51% to £68.5m (2012:£45.5m)

· Lighting segment profit increased 34% to £11.5m (2012:£8.6m)

· Group underlying profit from operating activities £14.5m (2012:£19.6m)

· Group profit from operating activities £11.6m (2012: £19.6m)

· EPS - underlying EPS was 30.8p (2012: 41.7p)

- basic EPS was 26.2p (2012: 42.0p)

· Final dividend held at 9.5p (2012: 9.5p) per ordinary share. Total dividend up 7% at 14.4p per share.

· Net cash at 31 December of £7.1m (2012: £15.0m)
