StockMarketWire.com - City of London's funds under management rose to US$3.9bn (£2.3bn) in the 13 months to the end of June (2013: US$3.7bn or £2.4bn) - a 5.4% increase in US dollar terms and a 4.2% decrease in sterling terms, as a result of the cross rate moving from 1.52 to 1.71 over the period.

Over the same period (31 May 2013 to 30 June 2014) the MSCI Emerging Markets Index (MXEF) increased by 4.2% in US$ terms.

Since the interim announcement on 30 November 2013, funds under management have increased 11.4% in US dollar versus an increase of 3.2% in MXEF.
