StockMarketWire.com - Sabien Technology Group non-executive chairman Miriam Maes will step down at the annual general meeting on 18 November due to her other commitments in Europe.

The board thanked her for her invaluable guidance as chairman since November 2012 and to wish her well with her new opportunities.

Bruce Gordon, who was appointed a non-executive director on 30 September, has agreed to take over as chairman.
