- Gresham House finance director Duncan Abbot will retire from the board and as company secretary the with effect from 31 December. As part of an orderly transition to his successor he will continue to oversee the company's finance function, including the completion of the 2015 accounts, as an executive of the company until 30 June. Chief executive Tony Dalwood said: "Duncan and I have worked closely together over the last 12 months to establish Gresham House as a specialist asset manager. It is demonstrative of Duncan's professionalism that he will be working with us to effect an orderly handover of his responsibilities to a new recruit. I would like to take this opportunity, on behalf of everyone at Gresham House, to thank him very much for all his hard work over the last year as we put in place the foundations for Gresham House to progress to its next stage of development."
