StockMarketWire.com - Hill & Smith Holdings senior independent director Clive Snowdon retired from the board following the company's annual general meeting.

Snowdon - who joined the board in May 2007 - was also chairman of the remuneration committee.

Jock Lennox takes over as senior independent director while Annette Kelleher will assume the role of chairman of the remuneration committee.

Lennox has been a member of the remuneration and nomination committees and the chairman of the audit committee since joining the board in May 2009.

Kelleher joined the board in December 2014 and is also a member of both the audit and nomination committees.
