- Vianet has posted a FY pretax profit after exceptionals of £1.45m, down from £1.85m previously. Its total dividend was 5.7p a share, unchanged on the year.

The company saw revenue for the 12 months rise to £14.26m, from £14.29m.

"The Board remains confident that Vianet's long term strategy is the right one, and that, within the parameters of its control and influence, the Group is well positioned to deliver earnings growth and expand future strategic options," said chairman James Dickson.
