- Draper Esprit has issued 1,851,851 ordinary shares following Financial Conduct approval of a subscription by Invesco Perpetual as part of a £100m fundraising announced on 2 June.

Invesco Perpetual agreed to subscribe for 13,580,247 ordinary shares at 324 pence apiece under the placing and, subject to FCA approval, 1,851,851 ordinary shares at the issue price under the Invesco Perpetual subscription agreement, representing, in aggregate 21.5% of the enlarged share capital.

Draper Esprit said application had been made to the London Stock Exchange and the Irish Stock Exchange for 1,851,851 ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and ESM respectively following the FCA approval.
