- Rathbone Brothers said its third-quarter funds under management grew by 2.5% compared to the second quarter to £37.5b.

The increase compared to a 0.8% rise in the FTSE 100 index and 0.8% rise in the MSCI WMA Private Investor Balanced Index.

"We are well positioned for the future and will continue to pursue growth opportunities both organically and through acquisition, approaching each with discipline," chief executive Philip Howell said.
