Watt is currently senior vice president EMEA for advanced and specialist solutions at Tech Data Corporation. He has also held senior roles at Avnet Technology Solutions and Bell Micro.
As previously announced, current chief executive Martin Hellawell will become non-executive chairman, replacing Brian Wallace on his retirement.
