StockMarketWire.com - Omega Diagnostics' Andrew Shepherd has agreed to step down as chief executive officer and from the board with immediate effect.

He will remain with the group in the role of global ambassador- life president.

He will be succeeded by Colin King, currently chief operating officer of the group.
