- Lok'nStore said like-for-like revenue at its core self-storage business grew by 6.9% in the first half on-year.

At 31 January, self-storage unit occupancy was up 6.0% and price per let square foot was up 0.4%.

'Building on a robust platform for rapid future growth in financial year 2017, trading in the first half of financial year 2018 continues to be strong with January 2018 delivering the highest ever level of new storage sales enquiries in a single month,' the company said.
