- London-focused office property investor McKay Securities said letting progress in the five months through February had continued to be 'strong', supporting its objective to grow earnings.

Portfolio occupancy, excluding developments, increased to 94%, up from 93.7% at 31 March, 2017.

Total portfolio contracted rent fell slightly to £24.02m, compared to £24.66m at 30 September, owing to a loss of income from asset disposals and a lease expiry.
