StockMarketWire.com - Cyber security group Falanx said it would raise up to £4.6m via a share issue to help fund the acquisition of First Base Technologies.

New shares in the company would be issued at 4.5p each.

Falanx had agreed to buy First Base Technologies for £3.2m in cash, while founders Peter Wood and Didi Barnes would also receive warrants to subscribe for 800,000 shares in the company with an exercise price of 4.5p per share.
