StockMarketWire.com - Circle Property said its property portfolio valuation grew strongly in the first quarter of the year compared to the same period a year ago supported by ongoing demand for office space.

The firm also said it acquired 710 & 720 Aztec West Business Park - Bristol's premier business park - for £4.2m .

As at 31 March 2018, the portfolio was independently valued at £114.0m, up 22.6% since 31 March 2017 from £93.0m.

Annual contracted rents rose 21.49% to £6.8m from £5.6m.
