StockMarketWire.com - Self-driving car technology company Seeing Machines said it had appointed Jack Boyer as its new chairman, effective at the start of 2019.

Boyer would replace current chairman and interim chief executive Ken Kroeger, who would become chief executive on a permanent basis. Boyer was currently non-executive director at Mitie, non-executive director of TT Electronics, a board member of the Sir Henry Royce Institute for Advanced Materials and chairman of Academies Enterprise Trust.
