- Keras Resources said it had identified a new outcropping of manganese mineralisation at its Nayega project in northern Togo.

An additional eight hectares were found in an area 400 meteres east-west and 200 north-south, named the Ogaro prospect.

Positive results had been returned in samples collected from pits excavated to test the core area of mineralisation at Ogaro, including 1.76 metres at 18.6% manganese from surface.

'The identification of a significant new area of outcropping mineralisation at Nayega further lays the foundation and increases our expectations for what we believe will become a new low capex, low operating cost manganese producer,' chief executive Russell Lamming said.
