StockMarketWire.com - Traffic data provider Tracsis said chief executive John McArthur would stand down in the first half of 2019 to focus on family and other non-business matters.

Christopher Matthew Barnes, currently the head of engineering group Ricardo's UK automotive consulting division, would join on 4 February as CEO designate.

He would officially succeed McArthur following a 'suitable period of handover and transition' expected to last several months.
