StockMarketWire.com - UK Commercial Property REIT said it had fully pre-let its Wembley180 logistics unit in London, ahead of the current tenant moving out at the end of March.

The company said it had exchanged contracts on a new 10-year index-linked lease with no breaks with an international business it didn't name -- at a rent of £2.7m per annum.

The new occupier was expected to move into the building in October 2019, once UKCM had completed a refurbishment of the asset.

Works were due to commence as soon as the current occupier vacated at the end of March.
