- Advertising group M&C Saatchi posted a 16% rise in annual profit as it won new projects from clients including Reebok, eBay and Tourism Australia.

Pre-tax profit for the year through December rose to £32.2m, as revenue rose 2% to £255.3m, or by 4% on a constant currency basis.

The company declared a full-year dividend of 10.96p, up 15% on-year.

'2018 was another record year for M&C Saatchi in terms of net revenue and earnings,' chief executive David Kershaw said.

'Our unique business model of starting and growing companies with the best entrepreneurial talent continues to flourish.'

'This year has begun well, and we are confident that we will continue to make good progress in 2019 and beyond.'
