StockMarketWire.com - Energy and infrastructure services company Wood Group today said it had completed the sale of conveyor systems business Terra Nova Technologies to Cementation Americas for $38m.
The deal, first announced in March, is part of an asset sale programme aiming to generate proceeds of around $200m-to-$300m.
