StockMarketWire.com - Australian online retailer MySale Group said it had agreed to sell its trade and assets of the website cocosa.co.uk to Brandalley UK for £1.5m.
The business was the group's main trading website in the UK and the disposal formed part of a move to focus on the Australia and New Zealand region.
In the financial year to June 2018, the business achieved revenue of A$15.7m, approximately 5% of total group revenue, and incurred a pre-tas loss of A$0.4m.
