- Audience engagement company Immedia Group said it swung to a modest annual pre-tax profit of £106k, compared to a loss of £693k on-year.

Sales for the year through December rose 32% to £4.7m.

"Over the last 18 months we have made considerable progress in maximising efficiencies within the group, which leaves us well placed to leverage increased engagement with current clients and the conversion of a significant pipeline of new business opportunities,' chief executive Bruno Brookes said.

Brookes said the company was in advanced dialogue with a number of key potential clients.

'We expect to bring you further updates on these discussions within this financial period,' he said.
