StockMarketWire.com - Trans-Siberian Gold said the mineral resource estimated had decreased for the Asacha deposit in Kamchatka, Far East Russia.

The total declared mineral resource had decreased to 553,000 ounces of gold and 1,314,000 ounces of silver at at 31 December.

That compared to 651,000 ounces of gold and 1,638,000 ounces of silver a year earlier.

Mining depletion and a re-interpretation of some areas were behind the reduction.
