StockMarketWire.com - Agriculture and engineering company Carr's Group said it had acquired nuclear industry services provider NW Pump & Valve for up to £9.6m.

NW Pump & Valve designed and manufactured bespoke process equipment packages and provided on-site technical support, installation and condition monitoring services.

Its clients spanned the nuclear defence, nuclear power generation and decommissioning, utilities, pharmaceuticals, and energy sectors.
