- Circle Property proposed to hike its dividend after net assets grew by more than a fifth thanks to a rise in its property portfolio on the back of higher rental income.

For the year ended 31 March 2019, net asset value per share rose 20.43% to £2.77.

The value of group's portfolio of 15 commercial property investment and development assets in the UK rose 9.23% to £124.6m following an independent valuation, and annual rental income increased 11.71% to £7.61m.

'In recognition of our confidence in the outlook and in our ability to deliver consistently strong returns, we are proposing a 12.5% increase in the full year dividend to 6.3p per share,' the company said.
