- Digital media business Digitalbox teamed up with UK-based comedy video platform NextUp to increase the level of video consumption by its viewers.

'The variety, and very funny content that NextUp will provide can vastly increase the level of video consumption by The Daily Mash audience,' said James Carter, CEO, Digitalbox.

The partnership will create a considerable marketing opportunity for NextUp as it aimed to grow its subscriber base for its long-form comedy content, the company added. 'For The Daily Mash, the agreement will enable its audience to see clips of some of the best stand-up comedians performing in the UK, as well as creating a new video advertising revenue stream.'
