- LMS Capital said it had completed the sale of its stake in Entuity for £10.5m.

The sale took place on 13 August 2019, the company confirmed. It comes after the company reported pm 2 Aug, that it had exchanged contracts in late July 2019 for the sale of its investment in Entuity.

LMS Capital said it would receive proceeds of approximately £10.5m for the sale, an increase of £2.4 million over the net proceeds recognised at 30 June 2019 with a corresponding increase in net asset value.
