- Out-of-hospital healthcare provider Totally said it had made 'good progress' integrating the Greenbrook Healthcare business that it acquired in June.

'Recruitment, finance and business development are now integrated across Totally,' chairman Bob Holt said in speech notes for the company's annual general meeting.

'We have also continued to make positive progress in planned care, with our subsidiaries recently securing new contracts, extensions and pilot schemes across the UK.'

Holt said the company's CQC ratings had continued to improve, with further progress achieved at Vocare, which now had 19-out-of-20 registered services rated as 'Good'.

'Overall, the group continues to deliver on its strategy,' Holt said.

'The pipeline of opportunities across the group remains strong and recruitment is active across all of our subsidiary businesses.'
