StockMarketWire.com - Podcast group Audioboom said chief executive Rob Proctor had stood down, with immediate effect.

Chief operating officer Stuart Last had been appointed as interim CEO while the company commenced a search for a permanent replacement.

Audioboom said it continuesd to perform well and would provide a third-quarter trading update on 7 October.
